HBL’s controllers utilize IGBT or SiC MOSFET modules to deliver flexibility to the customer in optimizing cost or maximizing performance. Customers can also choose to use controllers with air-cooling or liquid cooling, depending on their vehicle engineering and performance requirements.
High-performance motor control is characterized by smooth rotation over the entire speed range of the motor, full torque control at zero speed, and fast acceleration and deceleration. HBL’s controller offers all of these characteristics. Powered by high-speed DSP/FPGA processors, the controllers offer a variety of communication interfaces that allow the controller to be easily integrated with other vehicle systems.
