Electronic Voltage Regulators

With the increasing use of advance and sensitive equipment, power quality problems have become a major concern. For a Power supply to produce a constant output voltage, irrespective of the input voltage variations or the load current variations, there may be a need for an output voltage regulator - most battery chargers do not have voltage regulation provisions.

HBL offers Electronic Voltage regulators (EVR) with IGBT technology that can used to regulate the DC voltage. This is especially useful where high boost charge voltages may be required by the battery fleet. The EVR ensures the load never sees the higher voltage that the batteries require.
